If you are an athlete, either a professional or “weekend warrior” what you eat and how you fuel your body can be your competitive edge to beat  your competition.  e can help you.

With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, working in the fitness field for over 10 years, and having a personal passion for fitness and endurance events, I can help you create a nutrition plan to help you fuel your workout and perform at optimal levels.  During your consultation you will assess and determine exactly how many calories you need to reach your goal, while also maintaining energy levels and lean muscle mass.

We will help you create a plan for before, during, and after training events as well as address proper nutrition for different training seasons.   Just as your training program will not be the same all year round, neither should your nutrition program.
