At Food Therapy, we offer highly personalized nutrition counseling and therapy that supports your whole self—body, mind, and relationship with food. Food Therapy is not an in-network provider with insurance companies. However, we can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance provider to learn more about your coverage.
We offer both virtual and in-person appointments to meet your needs and preferences.
Virtual sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to access care from the comfort of your own space. In-person sessions are available by appointment at my office, providing a private and supportive environment for our work together.
Whether you prefer to meet online or face-to-face, we’ll find the option that works best for you.

- Begin Your Journey – During your first session, we’ll explore your relationship with food, set intentions, and co-create a plan tailored to your needs.

Not at all. While some people find food journaling helpful, it’not required—and it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all tool. Our work together is personalized to support you in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.
